We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.

Our Policy at a Glance

Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

Proof of purchase required (order number / invoice)

Final-sale, intimate-wear, custom-made, and certain hygiene-related items cannot be returned

How to Return an Item

  1. 1.Request a return through your account dashboard or by emailing info@doorfestival.com within the return window.
  2. 2.Pack the item carefully in its original packaging.
  3. 3.Send it back via the method specified in your return confirmation.
  4. 4.Refund or exchange is processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and prioritize a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage): we cover it.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind: the cost is the customer's responsibility.
